We are currently experiencing extended delivery times for our needlework collection and special production items. This is mainly caused by an exceptionally high demand for our quality fabrics, which we have been experiencing throughout the last year. This unfortunately leads to shortages in our stock and therefore causes delays in the availability of different items.

We have taken several measures to improve this situation in our mutual interest.
Our production is working at full capacity and we have implemented a three-shift operation to further increase our production volume. Additionally, we have invested in staff and new machines to expand our capacities.

We are working hard to process the remaining backorders faster and in known production/delivery times. In order to keep up your supply, please also consider partial shipments of your order depending on the availability. Our in-house sales team will be happy to assist you. 

We would like to apologise for any delays and kindly ask for your understanding. You may rest assured that we are doing our very best to improve and normalize this situation soonest.
